Terms and Conditions – apkmaz11 Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1. Eligibility

To register and use apkmaz11, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age. apkmaz11 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we discover a member is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the source payment method after verification.
• You are registering and playing in your own name for your own personal use only. Creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee of apkmaz11 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Participation in online gaming is not illegal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm whether playing on apkmaz11 complies with the laws of your location.
• You are not self-excluded from apkmaz11 or subject to any cooling-off period that you have voluntarily activated.

2. Account Registration

You may hold only one account on apkmaz11. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one – whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's details, or any other method – both accounts may be suspended and winnings forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information during registration is grounds for permanent account termination.

• Your apkmaz11 username and password are personal. You are responsible for keeping them confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@apkmaz11.bet.
• apkmaz11 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the member has failed to keep credentials secure.
• Account details including registered mobile number and email address can be updated by contacting verified support with appropriate identity confirmation.

3. Deposits

All deposits to your apkmaz11 account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts – including family members' Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts – are not accepted and will be reversed if identified.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large deposits.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay process instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 2 hours depending on the originating bank.
• apkmaz11 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fee charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider is beyond our control.
• Funds in your apkmaz11 balance do not accrue interest.
• If a deposit reaches your account and is later subject to a chargeback or reversal by your bank or wallet provider, apkmaz11 reserves the right to reverse any winnings generated from that deposit pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your apkmaz11 account are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect both members and the platform.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit under standard conditions; larger withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 30 minutes during business hours (09:00–23:00 PKT). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed first thing the following morning.
• Withdrawal requests on unverified accounts are held until identity documents are reviewed and approved. This process typically takes 1–3 business days.
• apkmaz11 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet may apply their own charges for incoming transfers.
• Withdrawals can only be made of real-money balances. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement are not withdrawable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

apkmaz11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The specific multiplier is always stated in the offer details.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If you choose to withdraw before meeting a wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your original deposit amount remains withdrawable subject to standard identity checks.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the platform or registered contact details.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through the apkmaz11 sportsbook, including cricket betting, live in-play betting, and outright tournament markets.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it is binding. apkmaz11 does not accept bet cancellation requests except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result before the minimum required overs or game time is completed, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for in-play bets depend on the market and are detailed within each market description.

• Using more than one account to take advantage of welcome bonuses or any other promotions intended for new members.

9. Account Closure

You may close your apkmaz11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

apkmaz11 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents when requested.
• Instruction from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

apkmaz11 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via the email address or mobile number on their account prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the apkmaz11 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your balance will be returned per Section 9.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apkmaz11 is licensed. In the event of a dispute, members agree to first contact apkmaz11's support team at support@apkmaz11.bet to attempt an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the apkmaz11 licensing conditions. apkmaz11 cooperates fully with all properly constituted dispute resolution procedures.
